We are a small practice, but we’re really big on care.
Based in the beautiful coastal town of Penzance in West Cornwall, we pride ourselves on our personal approach and quality service.
Our vets and nurses take extra time in consultations and after procedures, with 15 minute consults as standard, to make sure you are involved and informed in your pet’s health and care, because we believe trust is the most important factor between us and our clients.
We aim to provide the best care possible, treating your pets with the same care and devotion that we have for our own, while still giving you value for money.
As well as that, we take great pride in supporting our community and local businesses, something that has always been important to us and we commit to continuing in the future. Our latest achievement was being awarded “plastic free status” by Surfers Against Sewage, recognition of our attempts to limit our use of disposable plastic to protect our beloved coastal environments.
Our facilities include on-site diagnostic equipment and laboratory, cutting down waiting time and costs for our clients awaiting results, and we have been awarded silver cat friendly status by the International Society of Feline Medicine.
