Why choose us over other local vets?
You have many options open to you when it comes to choosing the right veterinary practice for your pet. This is something the entire staff team at Regent Court appreciate. We are all in veterinary health care for the right reasons and if we didn't believe our practice was the very best choice to make for your furry friend, we simply wouldn't be here. We pride ourselves on our personal, friendly and quality service and are accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and are a member of the (ISFM) feline friendly practices - so you can be as confident as we are of our high standards of care.

Treating your pets with the same care and devotion that we have for our own.
Spending time with you, so that you always leave the practice feeling involved and fully informed about your pets health and care. Providing the highest quality local veterinary care whilst still giving you value for money. Supporting the community and local businesses has been important to us for the last 20 years and is something that we commit to doing in the future. ...overall we believe trust is the most important factor between us and our clients.
We are a very close team of vets and nurses and offer you our experience, expertise knowledge and care. We give you friendly face, 50% longer appointments (15 minutes not 10) which ensures to us you have plenty of time to ask questions and we have time to answer them all, so you leave our practice with peace of mind and greater understanding - receiving the service you and your pet deserve.
From this if your pet requires any form of further treatment we can offer most treatments in house but will refer you if we feel it is the best option for your pet.

We provide rapid contact with specialists if your pet has a severe or complex condition that requires a referral. We work in a close partnership with the 24 hour emergency service CVets, offering dedicated out-of-hours emergency care for your pet. This care is second to none, with staff on the premises throughout the night so that you know that your pet is never left alone when they are seriously ill. Continuity of care between the Regent Court team and the CVets overnight team is essential and maintained at all times, with clinical notes transferred through daily and clinical discussions whenever required.
